Rider Reliability Score

Drivers can view a rider reliability indicator based on past trip behaviour such as cancellations, punctuality and ratings, helping drivers make more informed decisions before accepting a ride request.

Guaranteed Minimum Trip Value

Rolo ensures that every trip meets a minimum earning threshold. If a ride falls below the platform’s base value after distance and time are calculated, the system automatically adjusts the payout so drivers are fairly compensated for their time and effort.
