ROLO operates as a technology platform facilitating connections between independent drivers and riders. ROLO does not provide transportation services directly and does not employ drivers unless otherwise expressly stated.
Drivers using the ROLO platform operate as independent contractors unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nothing contained within this platform shall be construed to create an employment, partnership or agency relationship.
Drivers are responsible for maintaining all licences, accreditations, permits and transport authority approvals required under applicable laws within their operating jurisdiction.
Vehicles must comply with state transport regulations, roadworthiness standards and any annual inspection requirements including Certificate of Inspection (COI) where applicable.
ROLO may implement identity verification procedures for riders. Access to the platform may require submission of government-issued identification or other verification methods.
ROLO maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, violence, discrimination, illegal conduct or unsafe behaviour.
All trips facilitated via the platform are digitally logged. Safety incidents may be investigated in accordance with internal procedures and applicable laws.
ROLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts pending investigation of serious complaints or regulatory concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROLO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
ROLO’s liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection legislation.
ROLO may cooperate with government agencies, transport authorities and law enforcement bodies where required by law or lawful request. Platform records may be preserved and disclosed in accordance with legal obligations.

ROLO reserves the right to amend or update this Legal Information page at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
This platform is governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction in which services are provided.
