All Rolo airport pickups and drop-offs occur within the official Airport Rideshare Zones designated by each airport authority.
Riders collecting a Rolo from the airport must proceed to the marked Rideshare Pickup Zone. Exact location guidance is provided within the Rolo app at the time of booking.
Departing passengers will be dropped at approved terminal departure areas in accordance with airport traffic regulations.
Some airports apply rideshare access or booking fees. These charges are determined independently by each airport authority and may be included in the final fare where applicable.
