Vehicles with visible panel damage, broken lights, cracked windscreens or cosmetic defects may be removed from service pending review.
Excessive modifications, offensive branding or unauthorised signage are not permitted while operating on the platform.
Any vehicle reported as damaged, unsafe, or non-compliant may be investigated. During investigation, access to trips may be temporarily suspended. Continued access is conditional upon verification of compliance.
ROLO reserves the right to request updated inspection documentation, proof of registration, proof of insurance, or photographic evidence at any time.
